Step inside and feel right at home! The first thing you’ll see is our bright, spacious living room — anchored by the kind of couch you just sink into and never want to leave. It’s big enough for the whole crew (seats 8!) and even transforms into a full-size bed if you need extra sleeping space. Perfect for movie marathons, late-night chats, or mid-afternoon naps. Next up, the master bedroom — a cozy retreat with a king-size bed you’ll melt into after a long day. Like the other master bedroom here, it’s got its own TV for your binge-watching pleasure, plus a private ensuite bathroom so you can get ready in peace. Across the hall, there’s a charming bedroom with a full-size bed, a desk for remote work (or late-night journaling), a mirror for getting ready, and plenty of closet space to stash your things. At the far end of the apartment, you’ll find our second master bedroom — a group favorite! It’s got a full-size bed, a bunk bed (yes, bunk bed fun for the kids or the young at heart), and space to relax, chat, and watch TV together. Like the others, it comes with a mirror and a roomy closet. Hungry? Caffeine craving? Our kitchen’s got you covered with a Keurig, microwave, fridge, pots, pans, plates, cups — the works. Whether you’re whipping up a midnight snack or a full dinner, you’ll find what you need. The neighborhood? The perfect balance — peaceful mornings, vibrant days. Just 1.5 blocks away, you’ll hit the water, and a few steps further is the botanical garden (bring a picnic, wander the paths, snap a few photos). Cafes, grocery stores, and laundromats are all close by — so you can live like a local. Getting into the city is a breeze — walk 10 minutes to the train and you’ll be in Times Square in about 15–20 minutes. Or Uber it in roughly the same time. But don’t skip the local scene! Astoria and Long Island City are bursting with amazing restaurants, cozy cafes, dessert shops, lounges, and bars. You could spend one vacation right here and another across the river in Manhattan. With two bathrooms, three bedrooms, and a huge living space to gather in, this is more than just a place to sleep — it’s a space to connect, laugh, and make memories.
