For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. ✦ NO SMOKING INSIDE ✦ Please kindly refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture + wall cleaning. ✦ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ✦ We would appreciate if you treat our home as your own to preserve its prestige condition for future guests and your return visits.
